Since these products come under the Intimate apparel category there will be No returns on these products.

Exchanges

The products can exchanged for correct size given that they are in perfect condition within 3 days of receiving the product. No exchange will be possible after that. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging is intact when you send us back the product. 

Only 1 time Exchange is possible per order.

We can generate a reverse pickup for you (₹120 fee) or you can send us back the products at your own convenience. Kindly understand, Reverse pickups that are done by us takes time to reach back to us. If convenient, it would be better if you send it on your own. If there is any other concern, email us with your request, our customer care team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed on the website, changes to the order can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once that time frame has passed the order can not be changed.
